Participants of this event are afforded a comprehensive insight into the inner workings of a CPA firm, offering a unique glimpse into the distinctive culture and professional environment at Haynie & Company.

Activities Include:
- Participate in interactive leadership activities and games with Haynie professionals and other students
- Discuss leadership opportunities in the public accounting environment, specifically how you can maximize your leadership potential
- Experience Haynie & Company’s culture and learn more about our core values of Family, Trust, Service, Growth, and Communication
- Be involved in Q & A sessions about the CPA exam, tax vs. audit, remote working, and work-life balance
The Summer Leadership Academy is For Students Who Are:
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting
- Excited about developing leadership skills and increasing leadership opportunities
- Interested in learning more about the public accounting industry and Haynie & Company specifically
- Interested in becoming eligible for offers of employment from Haynie & Company
