Haynie & Company IPA Top 100

Haynie & Company IPA Top 100

Inside Public Accounting (IPA) has recognized Haynie & Company as both a Top 100 Firm for 2022 and a 2022 Fastest-Growing Firm. Haynie & Company ranked 88 on this year’s list of top U.S.-based Accounting Firms. In 2021 we ranked 103. Growth is a core value and part of our strategic vision. Thanks to our wonderful staff and clients, we’ve been very successful in meeting our goals. IPA ranks the largest public accounting firm in the U.S. based on participating firms’ net revenues.

Haynie & Company’s growth comes from strategic acquisitions and organic internal growth. Managing Partner Dave Peterson explains, “The goal was to become larger to gain access to resources, to help to recruit, to provide opportunities for our employees, to provide better benefits, to provide better training, to reduce turnover, and to gain access to larger clients.” “Most importantly, we want to develop a culture that no matter how large we became, we maintain a family and small-firm feel.”

Haynie & Company’s culture is very appealing. Growth, trust, family, service, and communication are our driving forces. In addition, our focus on employee retention translates into long-term, satisfied customers. We’ve found that focusing on relationships and showing people we care is a surefire way to run a happy and successful business. We value and appreciate each client and employee in the Haynie & Company family. Thank you to everyone who helped move Haynie & Company forward in 2022!

IPA does an annual ranking of the 500 largest U.S. firms each year. The rankings are from data gathered in the annual IPA Survey and Analysis of Firms, which attracts participation from over 600 firms. The annual rankings and accompanying analysis paint a comprehensive picture of the state of the profession. Click here to view the full report.
