Top Workplaces recognized Haynie & Company’s outstanding culture. Our Salt Lake City team was recently surveyed by Energage as part of the Salt Lake Tribune Top Workplaces competition. The overall winners will be announced in November. While we await those results, we received the honor of several Culture Badges. Culture Badges highlight a company’s strongest culture drivers.

Nearly 100 employees at our Salt Lake City Corporate Headquarters were surveyed. Rankings are based on employee feedback, and reward companies that best include all employees, regardless of who they are or what they do for the organization. Culture Badges are awarded each time scores for a category are in the top 25% compared to similar companies recently surveyed by Energage.
Energage is a leader in collecting employee feedback. Since 2006, They’ve surveyed more than 20 million employees from over 60,000 organizations. With more than two million responders every year, they do extensive testing and use the findings to guide our survey evolution.
