Cynthia J. Williams, CFE, EA joined Haynie upon the merger of her previous firm, James E. Raftery CPA PC in November 2019 where she was the Tax Manager and Firm Director.
Cindy graduated with her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Phoenix and has worked in public accounting for 33 years overseeing tax, accounting and audit engagements. Cindy is a Certified Fraud Examiner as well as an Enrolled Agent authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.
She has been a Board member of several non-profit organizations during her career and has visited many foreign humanitarian projects in Haiti, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Dominican Republic, and the Philippines.
Cindy was born in Kentucky and is big fan of the University of Kentucky Wildcats. Cindy loves travel, hiking and spending time with family and friends. She has two grown sons, one grandson and a granddaughter on the way!
