Haynie & Company Partner Lynne Abercrombie, CPA was a guest speaker during the PrimeGlobal Woman’s Conference in June. Lynne’s experience and leadership is a valuable addition to the conference. She was featured on a panel exploring how women in tax can thrive in the new normal.
The accounting industry is heavily dependent on building relationships with clients and colleagues. Social distancing, because of COVID-19, has upended how we traditionally cultivate relationships and maintain optimal performance. Lynne and other panel members discussed strategies to thrive when boundaries between work and life are weaker and when tricky situations arise with colleagues and clients. They discussed how to remain physically, mentally, spiritually and intellectually fit during these times of competing priorities and how to come out of the public health crisis thriving.
