Our goal is to always provide our clients with exceptional security, service, and value. As we plan for the upcoming tax season, we are excited to announce several changes for businesses and individuals. These changes will make working with the CPAs at Haynie & Company easier and more secure.
Tax Client Portal
We are now launching a new Client Portal. We will email current tax clients an invitation to access their personal Client Portal on January 12, 2022. We’ll use the Client Portal to exchange tax information, upload documents, collect signatures, and track progress. Creating an account is simple. You’ll be up and running in no time. The Portal also includes an App to make scanning and uploading documents easy. If your email address has changed please let us know as soon as possible. We want to ensure all clients can access their portal in January. After we launch the Client Portal, we will no longer use ShareFile to exchange documents.
Our tax clients always look for their Tax Organizers this time of year. This year we are going paperless. We will no longer mail or email Tax Organizers as we have in the past. Your personalized Tax Organizer will now be inside the new, secure Client Portal. It is available as of January 12, 2022. Our new, paperless system will make submitting your documents easier and more secure. If you require the traditional, paper Tax Organizer contact your local Haynie office.
