Lucianna Bartley, Esq., is a Senior Manager in Haynie’s International Tax practice based in The Woodlands, Texas. She provides international tax and advisory services, helping businesses and individuals navigate complex cross-border tax matters. Lucianna serves clients across a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, technology, professional services, investment funds, and small businesses.
Lucianna earned her education from the University of Houston, the University of Michigan, and Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos in Brazil. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – Minas Gerais.
Outside of work, Lucianna is a wife and mother of three who enjoys traveling, reading, staying active, and taking on DIY projects. Proud of her Brazilian roots, she loves visiting Brazil whenever she can and jokes that it’s never often enough.
