Daniel Baird, CPA, is a Tax Partner for Haynie & Company. He attended Weber State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1992 and a Master’s Degree in Professional Accountancy in 1993. Daniel joined Haynie & Company promptly after graduating and passed the CPA exam in 1994. While at Weber State University, he was a sprinter on the track team and broke several school records, as well as several stadium records at other universities. He is a member of the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Daniel contributes a broad range of accounting and tax services to individual clients, and both privately held and publicly held business clients. He has served clients in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, construction, and real estate. Daniel has extensive experience in all areas of taxation, especially with partnership, corporation, and multi-state issues.
Daniel and his wife Kristina have eight children. Staying active in the community is important to Daniel, as being a good neighbor and father is a high priority for a balanced life. He stays involved with his children’s school programs and is active in his church. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys playing the piano. He also enjoys participating in sports activities and traveling with his wife and children.
