Ashlyn Wilkes, CPA, is a Tax Partner in Haynie’s Littleton, Colorado office, bringing more than 15 years of public accounting experience with a strong specialization in the construction industry. She serves as a trusted advisor to closely held businesses and their owners, providing strategic tax planning, compliance, and business advisory services tailored to complex operating environments. Ashlyn is an active member of the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs. She previously served for 16 years on the Executive Committee for the Nebraska American Legion Auxiliary Cornhusker Girls State and currently serves on the boards of Catholic Charities and Marisol Health.
Ashlyn has deep expertise in flow-through entity and individual taxation, including multistate allocation and apportionment. She is also highly experienced in ESOP ownership structures and has successfully guided construction companies through complex ownership transitions, helping clients align tax strategy with long-term business goals.
Originally from western Nebraska, Ashlyn has called Colorado home for the past 15 years. Outside of work, she is an avid traveler with her husband, Adam, a skier, a choir member at St Thomas More Catholic Church, and a creative hobbyist. She is also a dedicated fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Denver Broncos, and Colorado Avalanche.
