Yvette M. Garcia, CPA joined Haynie & Company on January 1, 2021, with the merger of Judd, Thomas, Smith & Company.
She attended the University of Texas at El Paso where she received her Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of CPAs (TXCPA).
Her experience includes both tax and audit services in industries that include manufacturers, direct sales, franchisors, employee benefit plans, financial institutions and restaurant groups.
In addition to serving the Dallas business community, Yvette is on the Executive Committee leading Haynie & Company. She oversees the firm’s DEI efforts and leads Haynie’s Women’s Initiative. She is a member of the Your Executive Symphony (YES) professional group and served on the board of Girls on the Run, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential.
On the weekends you can find Yvette and her husband cheering on her two children on the baseball diamond and the soccer field.
