The Austin Office of Haynie has a wide reach in the state of Texas! One of our staff members, Tyne Reyburn, CPA, Audit Manager, works remotely for Haynie. Last weekend, Tyne volunteered at a local elementary school in the Fort Worth School District. This campus utilized volunteers and donated supplies to start this challenging 2020 school year.
As a member of the Junior MINTS (Mentor – Inspire – Nurture – Tutor – Support) Program, Tyne and her team plan to donate over 900 hours during the 2020-2021 school year. “My favorite thing about being involved with the Junior MINTS Program is that we get to be a part of something that not only impacts our teachers, but it also supports the kids of our future. I love that we can be a resource for Western Hills Elementary School,” stated Tyne. Last Monday was the first-in-class session for Western Hills Elementary. Tyne and her volunteer team decorated the bulletin boards and prepared the school for the students.
Tyne has been a member of the Austin Office Audit Team for over five years. She also volunteered with a variety of nonprofits in the Austin Community. Giving back to the community is an important part of the Haynie culture. Stay tuned for additional updates on our volunteer projects in October and November 2020.
