The award is based on an analysis of survey responses from employees at our Littleton, Colorado office. The survey measures key employee engagement factors such as:
- Management Communication
- Breadth of Employee Benefits
- Trust in the Overall Management Team
Winners are rated on employee survey results compared to other companies similar in size. Survey results are then compared to national average scores. The list narrowed even further by selecting just the top 15 companies in each category and ranking them on overall score.
